On first arrival first thing that hits you is the heat I'm the foyer and reception area. Aircon turned off to save money. Many of the facilities shut, including bar area, pool table and gym room. Rooms are ok and Aircon switched on thankfully, but faulty electrics required maintenance service, and the bed very hard. The swimming pool is excellent, but the poolside bar closed and some of the sun loungers old and collapse. Breakfast is awful and many items always missing and not replenished often enough. Reception staff not always smiling, but the bell boys very friendly and helpful. Certainly won't be staying here again

I was fooled by what I thought was a good location. Old hotel. Horrible rooms, dirty, mold on the walls. Bad smell. Even after politely requesting to change the rooms, we got an even worth room. Rude, impolite staff. Noisy area, difficult to relax during the day. This hotel is mostly used by tour operators who haul large number of Chinese tourists by the bus load. Bad parking. So many much better choices close by. Never again.

I have stayed at this location many times in the last few years. I have never had a problem that wasnt resolved immediately. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the location cant be beat. The late menu is well worth trying...Have never eaten in restaurant because there are so many spots within walking distance that are great. the pool is very large, and wifi is decent. no complaints....worth the money.

We moved here from another hotel that we checked out of because it was so bad. This hotel was a dream from the minute we pulled up outside. From the door staff, to receptions, house keepers, pool staff and security they were all amazing. Rooms were spotless, no noise at night time. Lovely pool. We had two young children with us and the staff in hotel took the time to get to know them and called them by name when they seen them, it's the little things like that. If I was to return to pattaya this would be my top choice hotel

Not a good experience, a museum of a hotel, but very central in Pattaya and has parking. Didn’t dare to try breakfast. Adjoining room somebody trying to get in at 1am, aircon leaking from ceiling, tv doesn’t work, etc.
